Assistant Product Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our product, ensuring smooth and efficient execution from concept to launch and supporting the Product Manager and other stakeholders in achieving strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support product launch processes, ensuring timely and successful releases.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between product, engineering, sales, marketing , finance and other stakeholders.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and market data to inform product decisions.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, such as user guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs and other documentations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on product performance.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies throughout the product development process.
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve product efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support product testing and bug fixing processes.
• Research and implement new tools and technologies to improve product operations.
• Manage and prioritize product tasks and bug reports
• Conduct product demonstrations and trainings
• Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and initiatives
