Designation : Director – Sales


Responsibilities:
  • Source, Manage and grow partnerships for RateGain with Large-Medium sized regional hotel chains in Middle East Region.
  • Facilitate consultative approach to large/ medium regional enterprise hospitality prospects and customers in the region, including relevant internal teams as and when required.
  • Define, refine and communicate large customer strategy as needed both with the customer and with internal teams
  • Strict adherence in updating SalesForce with leads, new accounts, opportunities, and all activity related to sales efforts.
  • Update sales related documentation as needed
Languages:
Excellent in English, and Arabic (bi-lingual proficiency- spoken & written as added advantage)

• You have an excellent understanding of hospitality / travel landscape coupled with the changing trends, buying behavior, prospective customers & best practices in it


• You have experience working on Salesforce.com


• You understand SAAS based products

• You possess a great consultative style and brilliance in elevation pitch


• You demonstrate precision and clarity of thoughts


• You have a problem solving mindset


• You have an excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills


C. Abilities:


• You are adaptable and is comfortable with change management


• You can think on the feet


• You are well organized and are able to multi-task and prioritize


D. Education & Work Experience:


• 7-12 years’ of experience in sales


B2B SAAS Sales in Middle East region experience will be an added advantage


E. Behavior:


• Integrity and loyalty


• Positive attitude


• Passion towards sales
