As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing and managing private equity investments across various sectors. Responsibilities include:
Conducting financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.Developing financial models and forecasts to evaluate investment returns and risks.Participating in negotiations and deal structuring processes.Monitoring portfolio companies and assisting in value creation initiatives.Collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to ensure successful transaction execution.


Profile
Fluent in Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated experience in closing transactions.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA qualification preferred.
