Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled AV Support Staff (Female) to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance for all audiovisual equipment and systems within our company. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain audiovisual equipment and systems for meetings, events, and presentations

- Assist with the installation and configuration of new AV equipment

- Monitor and maintain inventory of AV equipment and supplies

- Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper use of AV equipment and systems

- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs and maintenance

- Ensure that all AV equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the IT department

- Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technology and trends to make recommendations for improvements

- Maintain a clean and organized AV storage area

- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding the use of AV equipment and systems

- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment and systems

- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving AV issues

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Female candidates
