Support*the MO & CS team individually and collectively toward improved performance/quality.
Identify and prioritize problems and solve them promptly and effectively.
Regulate on all matters related to policy and procedures.
supervisethe entire Middle Office & Client Services teams across in FABS Dubai Branch.
Proactively suggest and carry out corrective measures where appropriate.
Support both internal and external audits by fulfilling all of their demands and providing any client-related paperwork that is required.
Consult with and support the Regulator (SCA) with any client-related needs and paperwork that is needed.
Oversee the institutional desk for client services and middle office to guarantee that policies and procedures are followed appropriately throughout FABS.
Participate in the development of the FABS middle office and client services operations manual.
Ensure that group policies are followed in the maintenance of all FABS trading account documents.
Oversee the Online Trading system and communicate
Oversee the customer complaints and make sure that prompt action is taken to appease customers.
Prioritize effectively and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple and changing priorities simultaneously.
Responsible to plan, execute, and finalize programs of projects according to strict deadlines.
Any other duties assigned by FABS Head of Middle Office and Client Services.
Generating the Dubai Branch MIS for Management.
