BIM ARCHITECT

Purpose of the Role:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies and processes to enhance project delivery and coordination.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM execution plans and standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance on BIM-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the creation and management of BIM models for architectural components.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct quality checks on BIM deliverables to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Facilitate coordination among multidisciplinary teams by integrating architectural BIM models with other disciplines.
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and methodologies to optimize workflows and improve project outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience developing and implementing BIM standards and protocols.
