Brand Chef - Mexican QSR Concept

Job Title: Brand Chef

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Package: 20,000 - 25,000 AED per month, plus benefits

I'm currently supporting one of the leading multi-concept hospitality groups, in the Middle East, with their search for a Brand Chef.

This role will be based in Dubai, and will be responsible for heading up culinary operations for an internationally known Mexican QSR concept.

In short, you'll be responsible for creating, establishing & promoting the brands culinary identity and this role will report directly into the Culinary Director, with a dotted line relationship to the Regional MD. You'll also be responsible for heading up a portfolio of circa 15 stores across both the UAE & KSA.

Ideally we are seeking those who are bi-lingual in both English, & Spanish.

Your responsibilities may include, but not limited too:

Menu Development: Creating and developing menu items that reflect the brand's identity, values, and target audience.Recipe Creation: Developing unique and innovative recipes that align with the brand's image and appeal to its customers.Food Styling: Ensuring that the presentation of the food aligns with the brand's aesthetic and standards.Brand Representation: Acting as a spokesperson for the brand in culinary events, media appearances, and collaborations.Quality Control: Maintaining the quality and consistency of the food across different locations or outlets.Training and Development: Providing training and guidance to kitchen staff to ensure that they understand and adhere to the brand's culinary standards.Collaborations: Collaborating with other chefs, influencers, or brands to promote the brand's culinary offerings.Market Research: Keeping up with culinary trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to ensure that the brand remains relevant and competitive.
