From our central hub in Dubai, we serve multiple MENA markets. We are a diverse, innovative and fast-paced team always seeking new ways to help brands to harness the power of X and tell their story. We seek an exceptional thinker with deep domain knowledge to further support advertising creativity on X. This role is based in our office in Dubai and will require frequent travel in the region.

Previous roles you may have held include: Brand planner, (a creatively minded) account manager, creative strategist, content strategist. Social media strategist, digital marketing manager.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll support the Strategic Market Lead to better serve key partners in MENA.
You’ll be responsible for delving into data, developing and pitching strategies and planning and executing creative brand campaigns. You will be part of a world-leading international team. You will have the opportunity to learn from some of the very best brand strategists and technologists in the industry. You’ll work directly with internal and external stakeholders, to not only pitch and sell, but also design and produce campaigns that deliver to brief and enhance brand experiences on X. You will learn to design workshops and develop industry leading playbooks.
Success in this role is measured by:
Successfully pitching projects for X and its advertisers with the goal of converting a high proportion of these pitches to go live on the platform
The ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop impactful brand work
Displaying clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, across multiple markets with cultural sensitivity
The ability to work comfortably and effectively in fast moving environments that can be subject to change
The ability to do more with less, taking an agile and lean approach to projects.
The ability to move with ease across verticals and with clients at different levels of maturity of the platform. One day you will be presenting creative best practice the next you may be pitching a custom idea - adaptability is key.
Responsibilities:
Support the brand strategy Market Lead to drive creative activations on the platform.
Understand a brand’s unique challenges and develop a narrative that makes them feel heard, delivering against key objectives, whilst highlighting the creative potential and measurable value of the X platform
Craft compelling story lines and insight-supported ideas to build persuasive pitches for our customers
Leverage local market knowledge and adapt brand narratives and communication style according to business needs across the region
Manage the expectations of all stakeholders through transparent and proactive communications internally and externally
Support the market lead with the coordination and management of creative brainstorms and workshops to develop innovative and creative solutions
Coordinate projects across different market maturities when it comes to X platform knowledge and creative competencies
Become an embedded partner to the MENA sales team, both reactively and proactively working to drive the business forward.
Qualifications:
At least 4 years of experience in strategic brand advertising in the MENA region
Experience within a digital advertising, media or marketing at an ad agency, client-side, or at a media company
Strong understanding of research and data driven insight generation.
Written and spoken English and Arabic to fluent level
Proven excellence when working cross-functionally on a deadline, delivering high-profile projects for clients
Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently with ease, clearly communicating and collaborating with team members
Multiple skills with design and project management tools and platforms
A track record of successful collaboration across technical, creative, sales, client, and agency teams
Passion for X, and the evolving digital advertising landscape
Application experience: Proficient experience in crafting compelling story lines in Keynote and/or Powerpoint.
