As theBusiness Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position. 

Responsibilities

• Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion 
  
• Present our products and services to new clients
  
• Collect data on market competitors, including prices, product sales, and sales campaigns, as well as marketing methods 
  
• Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets 
  
• Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients
• Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
  
• Attend major industry events
  
• Identify ideal marketing channels for optimal customer engagement
  
• Develop promotional materials and marketing plans for traditional and digital advertising channels
  
• Guide the marketing team with expert insights during marketing campaigns
  
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
  
• Fluent in English and Korean languages 
  
•  2+ years of experience in a similar industry or within the financial sector
  
• Proficient in Google apps
  
• Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes
  
• Ability to keep a proactive position in running a business
  
• Ability to travel when required
