Job Description:
We are a rapidly growing AI technical company based in Dubai. We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with extensive experience in leading and preparing companies for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in the U.S. capital market.
The CFO will be instrumental in navigating our company through the complex journey of going public, specifically targeting a NASDAQ listing. This role involves developing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations, and engaging with investors and financial institutions to successfully list our company on the NASDAQ.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a financial strategy that aligns with the requirements for a NASDAQ listing, including financial modeling, capital raising, and investor relations.
Lead the IPO process, ensuring adherence to NASDAQ standards and SEC regulations, including the preparation of Form F-1 registration statements and other relevant documentation.
Develop and manage relationships with U.S. based investment banks, underwriters, legal advisors, and accounting firms specialized in NASDAQ listings.
Oversee financial operations and reporting, ensuring they meet U.S. GAAP, SEC,and NASDAQ requirements post-listing.
Direct and mentor the finance team to support the IPO process and subsequent operations as a U.S.-listed public company.
Represent the company to investors, analysts, and the broader financial community, highlighting the company’s growth potential and investment value.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience as a CFO or in a similar role within the technology sector, with a proven track record in leading a company through a NASDAQ IPO.
Over 10 years of financial management experience, with in-depth knowledge of U.S. financial markets, SEC regulations, and NASDAQ listing requirements.
Proficient in U.S. GAAP and experienced in managing financial reporting, compliance, and corporate governance for U.S.-listed companies.
Strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, and a CPA or equivalent qualification.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in an international setting.
