In the dynamic landscape of a new competitive data-driven strategy and business model orientation, we are creating a pivotal Chief Data Officer (CDO) role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, passionate and hands-on leader to shape our data-driven strategy, foster a culture of innovation, and drive our clients' success in the luxury and premium brand sectors.
The CDO must possess solid scientific expertise, a proven track record in execution and collaboration, a business perspective, and transformational/cultural leadership skills.
About The Role:
As a member of the CXG Executive Committee and reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of 25 data professionals globally. Through internal collaboration with key stakeholders, you will develop and execute data-driven strategies and products aligned with our group's vision and the business needs of our luxury and premium brand clients.
You will be at the forefront of shaping, innovating, and executing our data strategy, management, and analytics. This involves structuring analytics with data science, machine learning, and AI tools, standardizing analytical Intellectual Properties and scalable modelling products. Capturing relevant data sources internally and externally and supporting their interpretation with our teams and clients will be key.
With the support of a senior manager, you will also be responsible for the quality of our data reports for clients, including automation, visualization, and advanced insights like text analytics.
This role also includes designing and implementing robust data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and collaborating with our Data Protection Associate and CTO.
