职责：

你是否能流利地讲普通话和英语，并在数字营销领域拥有至少3-5年的经验？ 我们的客户正在寻找一位热衷于创建有效推广和参与策略的营销人员。您将负责全程推广活动，控制数字渠道，并提供投资回报率见解。强大的协作技能和建立关系的能力是必不可少的。

Primary Responsibilities:

·Come up with the in-App promotion (engagement) idea to convert users to the next action, e.g. registration, funding and being active

● Propose and implement localiSed marketing research and competitor analysis

● Ensure the content, design and communication journey stay relevant, up to date and align with all relevant legal   and compliance requirements

● Assisting the development and implementation of marketing campaign communications and collateral e.g. EDM,   SMS and App push-notification

● Cooperate with the digital team to advertise the promotion/engagement idea to a wide range of digital channel to   acquire the potential users to download the App

● Work closely with the key stakeholder groups including Brand, Business Sales, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Regulatory and Product teams to deliver more effective, integrated, and efficient marketing programs for the business market

Skills & Experience：

● 2+ years of experience working in promotion design and execution

● Proven track record working across multiple promotion campaigns and delivering real results such as increasing ROI and lowering CPAs

● Have a good understanding about App user journey

● Have good industry and competitors research skills

● The ability to confidently communicate campaign objectives, results, timelines and deliverables to client and internal teams

● Have a performance-driven mindset and attitude

● Be efficient, organized and task oriented
