Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in UAE – Dubai.
Hands-on experience with DDA and EMAAR regulations and approvals.
Proven working experience in luxury villas / G+4 residential building / G+4 Labor camp.
Valid Driving license(UAE).
Expertise in reading plans and blueprints.
A strong understanding of civil engineering methodologies.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Outstanding project management abilities.
Roles and responsibilities:
Coordinating construction activities.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring completion within the required schedule.
Preparation and implementation of project plans.
Liaising with clients, authorities, and consultants for approvals, inspections, and handing over.
Monitor the performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
Quality assurance and Quality control (QA/QC).
