job duties shall include:
Support
and assist the global Sales and Concierge team
Provide
updates and information to customers in a timely manner for all operations
Solve
encountered challenges of any operation ahead of time to maintain a seamless operation
Ensure
the quality of service from suppliers is up to the Jet Luxe standards
Provide
excellent customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction
Expand,
order, and register new and existing current Supplier and Customer database
Devise
and use fruitful operational strategies
Approve
the ordering of necessary goods and services to cater each of the operations on
going
Track
and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Collaborate
with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of
the company
Manage
and foresee all events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
Perform
risk management for supply contracts and agreements
Negotiate
agreements and resolves potential issues or problems with clients.
Qualifications and skills:
Minimum three
years of experience in a client service role
Fluent in
English with proficient communication skills
Dynamic and
flexible
Able to work
under pressure and multi-task
Adaptable professional
Able to work
shift schedules
Tolerant to
constant changes and/or last-minute changes
Exceptional
customer service skills
Able
to analyse and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
