The Opportunity
The Counter Manager’s mission is to be a brand ambassador for Carolina Herrera, Christian Louboutin Beauty and Dries Van Noten in Bloomingdales, Dubai Mall. They will achieve sales targets by delivering a unique & remarkable shopper experience every time, anticipating the shoppers’ needs and thus meeting their expectations. As a Counter Manager, they are to increase Puig brands’ awareness, build shoppers’ loyalty, respect counter rules & processes, and be a consistent team player. In addition to supporting the Sell-Through manager by engaging, motivating, coaching, and following up on the daily sell-out.
What you'll get to do
Generate sell-out, awhile achieving other quantitative business objectives. Identify opportunities for business growth. Represent the brands by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and other team members. Demonstrate a collaborative and flexible approach. Maintain an interest in the latest market trends, products, and activities. Build and maintain in-store relationships. Support the induction process of new joiners. Motivate team members in the assigned door and provide them with the necessary support and training. Maintain an up-to-date customer database to build solid relationships with customers. Address and resolve enquiries, issues, or complaints that a customer may have and seek assistance from Sell-Through Manager when required.
We'd love to meet you if you have
Previous experience as a Beauty Counter Manager or advisor. Previous experience within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, Luxury Goods industry.
