Job Description

Our client is a leading Multinational Forex Trading Company with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive with a background in sales, banking, or Forex within the fintech industry. 


Responsibilities
  • Assist clients worldwide through live support
  • Answer emails, assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments
  • Impeccable telephone etiquette and management
  • Handle of Back-office queries
  • Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
  • Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively
  • Provide support and troubleshooting on platforms
  • Liaise with all departments to resolve issues
  • Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
  • Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for opening new accounts

Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Chinese-Mandarin. 
  • Knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
  • Good command of communication skills required
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in MS office application and computer skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Market will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
