Job Summary: Our client is seeking a UAE National Customer Service Representative to join their team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Maintain customer records in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer issues and trends.
Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned.
RequirementsQualifications and Requirements:
UAE National.
Minimum of 2 years in customer service or related field.
High school diploma or equivalent. And, completed the National Military Service for Male.
Strong in English and Arabic is must due to the nature of the job (Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
