Location: Dubai
Bloomberg is seeking an experienced digital editor to help shape and showcase the biggest stories of the day for our growing online audience in the EMEA region. You will be expected to perform a variety of roles: Curate homepages, write sharp headlines, craft social and SEO language, send speedy mobile push alerts and post content across social platforms.
The successful candidate will have strong news judgment, understand digital consumption habits as well as coverage areas that matter to a business and finance audience. You will need to have a record of collaborating with reporters and editors across a global newsroom.
We’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for breaking news, as well as presenting longer-form pieces in clear and creative ways. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that often requires making split-second decisions, and be willing to pitch in across roles.
