Emirati HR/Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveEmirati HR/Recruitment Administratorto join their Human Resources team. As a key player, you will contribute to the success of our organization by managing recruitment processes and ensuring compliance with HR policies.


Role Summary

TheEmirati HR/Recruitment Administratorwill be responsible for handling various HR and recruitment tasks, including candidate coordination, documentation management, and onboarding support. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our Emiratisation efforts and enhance our talent acquisition processes.


Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment Coordination:


    • Assist in posting job vacancies on relevant platforms.
    • Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and communicate with candidates.
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
  2. Onboarding Support:


    • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other relevant documents.
    • Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    • Organize training sessions for new employees.
  3. HR Documentation:


    • Organize and maintain HR documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, procedures, training materials, and employee handbooks.
    • Monitor and manage the HR inbox, promptly responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns from employees, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  4. Compliance and Legal Requirements:


    • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
    • Assist in updating company policies and procedures.
    • Handle personnel queries related to HR matters.
  5. Candidate Engagement:


    • Provide a positive experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Communicate effectively with potential hires and address their queries.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business needs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Emirati Nationality with Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR administration or recruitment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
