Job Description

Review architectural plans and prepare quantity needs / BOQ for Steel Doors and Ironmongery Price & forecast the cost of the different materials essential for the Steel Doors and Ironmongery in line with the Fire and Building Standards. Estimate & Pricing the steel doors in line with the Civil Defense Requirement Based on Location of Steel Doors by Fetching same in Floor plan. Able to Propose the Suitable Ironmonger for Steel doors/ wooden doors based on the Door Location. Preparing Door and Ironmongery Schedule [ Including Masker Keying System I From architectural Floor plans in accordance with Project Specification. Prepare accurate cost estimates for fire door projects based on specifications and drawings Analyze project requirements and identify potential risks and opportunities Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and timely estimates Generate detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on fire door specifications and installation Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any concerns or issues Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fire door installations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge with team members

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estimating fire door projects Experience working in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on fire protection systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
