Requirements:


1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives and personal agendas of CEO.


2. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in both professional and personal contexts.


3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional and personal correspondence. Prefer a Tagalog speaker.


4. Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


5. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information professionally and personally.


6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


8. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
