Our client is a newly-established fashion retailer and manufacturer based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, catering to family-oriented shoppers with a diverse range of clothing offerings. Committed to providing high-quality, stylish apparel for all ages and genders, we are now expanding our design team and seeking talented Fashion Designers to join us.

They are looking for three dynamic Fashion Designers who possess a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and market understanding to contribute to our brand's success. The ideal candidates will have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create designs that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative designs that align with the brand's aesthetic and target market.

- Create sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings using software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet quality and production standards.

- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and market demands.

- Adapt designs based on feedback, emerging trends, and market research.

- Communicate design concepts effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design.

- Recent graduates or designers with up to three years of experience.

- Experience with renowned fashion houses preferred

2. Portfolio Quality:

- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and age-appropriate clothing for all genders.

- Demonstrated ability to create original designs that appeal to family-oriented consumers.

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Sound knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and pattern-making.

4. Creativity and Innovation:

- Ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts.

- Awareness of current fashion trends and their relevance to our target market.

5. Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to articulate design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.

6. Market Understanding:

- Deep understanding of the preferences and needs of family-oriented consumers.

- Ability to translate market insights into compelling design solutions.

7. Flexibility and Adaptability:

- Willingness to adapt designs based on feedback and changing market dynamics.
