Finance Manager

My client is Dubai based Luxury and premium group from Hospitality and leisure Industry looking for Finance Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to the management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
2. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
3. Analyze financial data and provide strategic financial guidance to the management team.
4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records through regular audits and reconciliations.
5. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for daily operations and strategic investments.
7. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
8. Provide financial analysis and support for business decision-making, including investment analysis, pricing analysis, and cost optimization.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
10. Train and mentor junior finance team members.

Managing all aspects of general and financial accounting operations for Dubai Golf entities

(including managed properties). This would include consolidation, financial statement preparation,

financial review and analysis, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow

projections, treasury activities, reporting, preparation of MIS & Tax compliances.

Ensuring that all Finance requirements are fully met and in time.

Preferred Candidate:

1. MBA-finance + Qualified Chartered Accountant
2. Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in a same role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
9. Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred.
