Job Description:

  • Handle daily tasks such as opening, closing, inventory, and maintaining cafe cleanliness.
  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing the team members and daily operations of the shop.
  • Check customer feedback, address complaints promptly, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee cash handling and sales, create budgets, and develop ideas to attract more customers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations and maintain an appealing appearance for the café.
