Higher Secondary or Bachelor's degree in any field. 2+ Years in Customer Service, Retail or Guest Experience leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English Essential, Arabic Desirable) Creative problem solving Customer - centric mindset with passion for delivering outstanding service Ability to anticipate guest needs exceed expectations Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and guest requirements

Desirable:



Master in Business 3-5 years work experience in/or within the hospitality/leisure/travel industry Fluency in foreign language (Arabic) Experience in Business Development
To ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the Operations department in relation to the company's core process; thus directly impacting the opening of the leisure facility, delivering the experience, and closing the leisure facility. This position oversees the day-to-day operation within a designated area of the Operations department including but not limited to ride allocations, emergency evacuation, training and assessing, and downtime attendance. The leader also ensures their team is fully trained in the positions they are allocated to and deals with any abnormal daily occurrence within the Operations department. The Team Leader must communicate efficiently with their line manager to ensure that any issues and all communication are effectively passed up the management chain. The position also manages the Tour Guide team scheduling, tour updates and training, and content to be managed and updated on Multimedia devices. For events, the position supports the execution and delivery of corporate events, entertainment, and show production strategies; is responsible for planning and executing seasonal special events; and provides support across daily entertainment offerings as needed. The role works with stakeholders such as the sales team and the entertainment department as an active participant in achieving goals, ensuring consistent quality, sharing knowledge with the team, leading and supporting the production and execution of events while maintaining a positive attitude in the workplace, guaranteeing high standards in the delivery of all operations and offerings, and preserving values.
