+971 42... As a Head of Partnership and Referral, your primary focus will be the growth of the new business — a start-up partnership and referral model.
You’ll partner with external entities locally and globally to expand Metropolitan’s portfolio and build relationships with the local real estate sector. Collaborating with the CEO, you’ll craft and implement partnership strategies for growth. You’ll also ensure smooth sales operations in your team.

What you’ll do:



Implement a structured approach to managing partnerships. Establish connections: promote Metropolitan to potential partners and present partnership terms. Evaluate and select suitable partnership opportunities. Research local and international partners and create interest. Build and sustain a network of partners to boost sales. Negotiate partnership terms following Metropolitan’s guidelines. Coordinate with teams for smooth transition from agreement to operations. Handle partner inquiries and assign them to agents. Develop and oversee agent web portals for partners. Ensure positive partner experience and facilitate communication. Lead sales efforts and oversee team performance. Set goals, recruit, coach, and evaluate agents. Report sales outcomes to the CEO. Monitor department/team activities and performance. Identify and address sales team weaknesses. Provide ongoing training and motivation. Drive activities to exceed sales targets. Facilitate communication and share best practices within the team.See all

What we are looking for:



Proven experience in the Real Estate sector. Strong knowledge of UAE Real Estate Market. Experience in managing sales teams. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a positive partner experience. Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and negotiation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
