About the job HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Payroll and Overtime Management:
- Administer accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Monitor and manage overtime calculations and payments.
- Visa Processing:
- Oversee the end-to-end visa processing for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies for visa-related matters.
- Insurance Administration:
- Manage and administer employee insurance programs, including health, life, and other relevant coverages.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure timely renewals and address employee queries related to insurance.
- Onboarding:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary information and resources.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company culture and policies.
- Recruitment Coordination:
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies to fulfill staffing needs for construction projects.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations in partnership with external agencies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive, preferably in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, visa regulations, insurance administration, and onboarding best practices.
- Experience in coordinating recruitment activities, including working with external agencies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic construction environment.
