About the job HR Executive

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our HR team as a Junior HR Executive. This position is based in the UAE and offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about human resources and eager to grow in this field. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in various HR functions including visa processing, offer letter creation, payrolling, and recruitment, along with a basic understanding of vehicle modification and redesigning.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Visa Processing:
    • Assist in the visa application process for employees, ensuring compliance with UAE immigration laws and regulations.
    • Coordinate with relevant government authorities and agencies to facilitate visa issuance and renewals.
  2. Offer Letter Creation:
    • Draft and prepare employment offer letters, contracts, and related documents for new hires.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of offer letters in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  3. Payrolling:
    • Support the payroll administration process, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation.
    • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits.
  4. Recruitment:
    • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process and maintain candidate records.
  5. Vehicle Modification and Redesigning:
    • Possess a basic understanding of vehicle modification and redesigning concepts.
    • Provide administrative support in coordinating vehicle-related projects and activities.
  6. HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
    • Assist in organizing HR-related events, meetings, and training sessions.
  7. Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR activities.
    • Stay updated on changes in UAE labor laws and regulations relevant to HR functions.
  8. Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
    • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle modification and redesigning concepts preferred.
