We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive who is fluent in both Russian and English to join our dynamic team at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR Hotel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and implementing HR policies to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the HR department.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Requirements
Fluent in Russian and English (both written and verbal).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
