Job Summary: The position involves overseeing recruitment and training activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and hiring qualified candidates, shortlisting the most suitable candidates, and ensuring the accuracy of the selection process. Additionally, the candidate will assist new hires in adjusting to the company's culture and values, as well as identifying their training needs. The candidate will also be responsible for creating awareness about the importance of achieving career objectives, and empowering employees to develop their skills. Finally, the candidate will be responsible for updating employees about HR policies, code of conduct and ethics, as well as encouraging them to read books available in the company's library. Job Responsibilitiles: Recruitment-related:
Preparing the fresh employee to be familiar with corp policy and rights.
Assign a mentor to shadow the daily work of the fresh employee.
Follow up process of On job training for company's employment programs, get new recruitment organization.
Sign partnership agreement with leading colleges, organization that
will provide talented candidates.
Publish ads in famous newspapers for organization's vacancies.
Participate in all social link media that will assist in getting best
candidates.
Maintain & update the organization structure changes.
Get the qualified candidate for the specified vacancy.
Conduct initial interview & final interview for the related vacancies.
Interview candidates and conduct an evaluation" to be created after the interview.
Conduct practical test for the candidate related to the vacancy.
Conduct Personal Indicator Test for all interviewed candidates.
Create a pool of positive candidates so to retrieve them in case of any
vacancy or replacement.
Read, understand, and comply with all applicable Information
Security Policies and Procedures of the company.
Co-operate, co-ordinate and share
information with Internal/External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.
Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by
the company's IT Department.
Training, Learning and Development related:
