We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Infrastructure Masterplanning Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

As an Infrastructure Masterplanning Associate, you will play a key role in shaping the future development of the built environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through strategic infrastructure planning and design.

What will I be doing…..

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, urban planners, and sustainability experts, to develop innovative and sustainable infrastructure masterplans.
• Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, concept designs, and development frameworks for infrastructure projects, considering factors such as transportation, utilities, water resources, and energy.
• Apply advanced data analysis techniques and modelling tools to evaluate the impact of proposed infrastructure developments on the urban environment, including population growth, transportation networks, and environmental sustainability.
• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of high-quality technical reports, presentations, and visualizations for clients, stakeholders, and government authorities.
• Coordinate with external consultants, government agencies, and local communities to gather input and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to infrastructure masterplanning, and integrate this knowledge into project deliverables.
• Assist in project management activities, including budgeting, resource allocation, and project scheduling.

What will I need to be successful….

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, urban planning, architecture, or a related field. Additional certifications or postgraduate studies in infrastructure planning or urban design are advantageous.
• Significant professional experience in infrastructure masterplanning, urban design, or a related field within the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, including transportation, utilities, water resources, and energy, and their integration into urban environments.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian planning regulations, policies, and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and consider long-term implications of infrastructure developments.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred
