We are currently seeking a highly motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to sell motor insurance policies to prospective clients.

• Develop and maintain a client base by actively prospecting and generating leads for motor insurance policies.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide suitable motor insurance solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Present and explain motor insurance policy options, coverage details, and pricing to clients, ensuring a clear understanding of the terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance companies to obtain accurate quotes and policy information for clients.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and negotiate terms and premiums with clients to secure policy sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in the designated CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering post-sales support as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new product offerings to effectively communicate and educate clients.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team's sales objectives.
