We're looking for Design Manager
for a high-end, well known, award-winning architectural and interior design
firm. The right candidate will be able to run a portfolio of projects
independently and provide assistance to the Senior Management Team and the
Managing Partner. Provide the Managing Partner with imaginative, well presented
and functional concepts. They will be supporting, understanding and advising
the client as to the requirements and obligations in the development of a
building design. Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation,
standards, and codes of practice where appropriate.
Minimum Bachelors in Interior Design
8+ years experience
Must have previous experience working on multiple projects
simultaneously
Fluent in English
Middle East experience essential
Strong and effective client relation, presentation, and
negotiation skills.
Project Management, prioritization, and decision-making
skills.
Able to manage a team.
