-Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to accurately assess the ironmongery requirements for various projects.
Prepare detailed and comprehensive hardware schedules for projects.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit proposals and bids for client projects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and pricing.
Provide technical support and advice to clients and the sales team regarding ironmongery selections and specifications.
Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
Perform site visits when necessary to ensure accuracy of estimates and suitability of proposed solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in estimation, preferably in the architectural hardware or joinery/ fit-out industry.
Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimation software.
Knowledge of building codes and standards relevant to architectural hardware will be an advantage
Knowledge and understanding of REVIT is an added advantage
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
