Job Description
Review and analyze Hotel Profit and Loss statements and produce reports and presentations requested by the management.
Highlight areas of inefficiencies in the P&L, share client's benchmarking tools to highlight potential P&L KPIs
Act as point of contact with hotels for special projects, deep dives and data collection
Prepare trend analysis reports supported with conclusions.
Comment on major KPIs and main business drivers.
Ensure that data migration to client's Hospitality dashboard. Microsoft BI is accurate and done on a timely manner.
Continuously improve BI data analysis tools.
Maintain a database for hospitality partners including hotel and F&B operators and potential tenants.
Gather Market Intelligence reports and provide actionalble recommendations to optimise performance
Review and critique hotels' asset strategy plans
Monitor targets on a monthly/ quarterly basis
