Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Fire Engineer to support our Fire and Life Safety team in Dubai and work alongside our other specialist disciplines.

The role will be to support the successful delivery of Middle East and international projects, working with project team Engineers and Senior Consultants throughout all project phases, whilst also including independent project management of complex design and construction projects, covering all aspects of Fire Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating technical engineering solutions and a willingness to work across multiple large-scale projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with our experienced team of engineers to deliver innovative fire engineering solutions that meet our client's needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with clients and architects to ensure an exemplary level of quality
• Assist and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and presentations for clients and regulatory authorities.
• Develop fire protection strategies and design solutions in compliance with local and international codes and standards.
• Supporting the development our Fire & Life Safety offering to the Middle East.
• Working with our multidiscipline team to ensure coordinated outputs.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the field of fire engineering.

Essential Skills:

• Degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of fire dynamics, fire protection systems, and building codes.
• A good understanding of Building Services Engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process.
• Able to take a brief from the project lead and deliver & control the tasks required, within time and budget.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
