We are looking to hire anExperienced Kitchen Coordinator for one of our clients inAjman. To qualify for this position you should have 1 to 3 years of experience as Kitchen Coordinator in a Cake and Sweet factory. Previous work experiencein theFood & Beverage Industry is a must, and pastry/cake decorating background would be an advantage.

Requirements
Coordinate with call centre team and chefs in kitchen
Ensure the customers' orders are accurately communicated to the cake production team.
Ensure the cake / sweets orders are ready and delivered on time.
Any delays in orders should be communicated to the customer.
Ensure kitchen supplies / stocks are up to date.
Check expiry dates on items and ensure the items are used before expiry dates.
Handling customers' complaints and give feedback to chefs.
Prepare and distribute work accordingly to Staff
Communicate effectively with all departments in carrying out the needs of client orders
Ensure that the highest standards of preparation and presentation are maintained at all times.
Understanding the importance of food hygiene, and abiding by Health and Safety rules
Take a lead role within the kitchen, working with colleagues to ensure full kitchen and service effectiveness
Must be Confident with strong interpersonal skills
