We are looking for a Lawyer.

Tasks:
• contractual work: making changes to existing contracts, checking contracts with contractors, approving protocols of disagreements, drafting additional agreements (main work with contracts for repair work);
• judicial and claim work: processing incoming claims, drafting outgoing claims, pre-trial settlement, conducting court cases on the side of the plaintiff and the defendant;
• enforcement proceedings;
• representation of the company's interests in government agencies, including support for administrative audits.
Requirements:
• higher legal education;
• experience in a similar position from 1-3 years;
• English language proficiency at the C1, C2 level;Â
• Russian or Arabic as an advantage;
• confident PC ownership;
• experience working with UAE law;
• experience in drafting contracts of various types in English (Arabic as advantage)
