Key Responsibilities •Collaborative Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team of senior data scientists and working closely with data engineers, and MLOps specialists. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing. •Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and product managers to align vision and execution. Ensure that project goals are met with high standards of quality and efficiency. •Technical Expertise: Design and implement advanced algorithms in computer vision. Hands-on involvement in developing, optimizing, and maintaining machine learning and deep learning models for various applications. •Data Analysis and Modeling: Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights. Develop scalable services for image and video processing. •Research and Development: Engage in cutting-edge research to keep the team at the forefront of computer vision technology. Drive innovation through experimentation with new techniques and tools.
Requirements
Education:
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with a focus on computer vision or machine learning.
Experience:
At least 7-10 years of hands-on experience in computer vision.
Proven expertise in deterministic and modern computer vision methods including classification, segmentation, object detection, etc.
Experience with Generative AI, particularly GANS.
Demonstrated leadership in managing high-impact projects in computer vision.
Skills:
Deep knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience in image and video processing.
Plus:
Experience with self-supervised learning and multimodal learning is highly valued.
Leadership and Communication:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
