Job Description

We are a state-of-the-art automated litigation platform powered by machine learning technologies. We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Dubai.Tasks that await you:Managing a variety of legal business matters, organizing and advising on appropriate legal action, such as service and procurement contract support, leases, IP transfers, and data protection regulations, and communicating with regulatory authoritiesApplying relevant experience in practical areas, including complex service transactions, commercial transactions, data protection regulation, intellectual property, compliance, and labor and regulatory mattersManaging the legal entities for the group of companies located in the UAE (establishing and managing legal entities and assisting with related processes)Acting as an advisor on legal matters involving the company, as well as coordinating legal issues handled by outside counselNegotiating with partnersWe expect that you:Have a law degree from a university in the UAEHave three to four years of relevant experienceAre fluent in EnglishAre a permanent resident in the UAEHave solid risk assessment skillsHave thorough knowledge of legal research skillsPossess a proven ability to apply known legal principles to an unfamiliar set of factsHave the competence and confidence to influence, persuade, communicate, and negotiateHave a demonstrated track record in managing relationships with outside counselHave strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitaskIt'd be a plus if you:Have experience working in an IT companyAre fluent in Russian
