About the job Legal Officer
- with 10-15 years strong legal experience in corporate, commercial, and general laws, and at least five years experience in UAE laws.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures including regulatory framework.
- Negotiation and drafting skills and business sense to deal with multiple functional teams in a rapidly scaling business.
- Outstanding skills in Legal Language for drafting and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English Language
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- To work independently as well as part of various business teams.
