Logistics Coordinator (Sub-Region META Partners) As a member of the Hilti Partner Markets Logistics team in Middle East, Turkey and Africa, you will ensure timely shipments of products from our Regional and Global Distributions Centers to our Partner organisations across the region. With this role you will be part of a team that drives logistics customer satisfaction for more than 35 countries. You will coordinate between the Hilti partner organisations and all stakeholders involved in the supply chain, both internal and external.

The key responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator for Partner Markets is to manage customer focused logistics solutions for our Partners' Organization.
You will coordinate and assist in several logistics processes along the supply chain ensuring smooth end-to-end order placement and execution. Starting from the quotation until the shipment is received at destination, you will be the logistics go-to person for our Partners, Distributors or End-customers. You will be the interface between these and Hilti HQ Export team, Freight Forwarders, and other logistics related departments or suppliers. This involves supporting with all sorts of supply chain enquiries; for example, answering product availability requests, preparing quotations and proforma invoices, and tracking shipments.
You will ensure necessary export documents are provided to our partners in a timely manner (original invoice, correct bill of lading, certificate of origin, product test report, etc). You will also coordinate and follow up for timely inspections as required by some specific countries and support when a Letter of Credit is required. You will handle complaints for the assigned countries and seek sustainable solutions. By doing so, you will make sure all activities are compliant following Hilti Code of Conduct.
You will also be working on cross functional project, using lean management tools and methodologies to adapt global standards / guidelines and sustainably solve root cause issues to achieve cost productivity, efficiencies, or service improvements.
