Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within Buying & Merchandising. Preferably 2+ years of work experience in Retail Buying or Planning. Preferably university degree in business related area. Strong MS Office/ Excel skills. Strong analytical skills. Excellent knowledge of all relevant Merchandising KPIs. PowerBI, VRT or T1 Studio knowledge is a plus. Strong communication skills (English) is a must. Understanding of Merchandise Planning & Buying cycles. Attention to detail. Knowledge of market trends, sporting goods & fashion industry. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Team Player.
