We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Development Representative to join our marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts and generating leads for ZIWO's innovative products.

About ZIWO

At ZIWO, we're revolutionizing communication with our Omni-channel Cloud Contact Center Software (CCAAS). From phone calls to WhatsApp and SMS, we're connecting businesses with their clients worldwide, making communication seamless and efficient.

This role is a unique opportunity to be hands-on in a multi-disciplinary environment, collaborating closely with the sales teams to drive marketing strategies and boost lead generation efforts, and qualify.

Responsibilities

1. Generate Sales Qualified leads with inbound campaigns
2. Maintaining active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications (LinkedIn, email, telephone) designed to increase customer interest in ZIWO’s products
3. Finding opportunities to generate new business and fuel our growth
4. Attend to incoming inquiries in a timely manner.
5. Qualify the business requirements of incoming inquiries.
6. Transparently explain our solution and services to our potential clients.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor’s degree or higher
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience (Inside Sales, Call Center, Lead generation)
3. Bilingual (English / Arabic )
   
4. You can communicate in a clear, goal-oriented way that leaves no room for interpretation
5. You can take the lead in a conversation, but you also know when it’s time to listen
6. Experience being held to metrics/KPIs
7. High energy and positive attitude
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
