What We’re Looking For


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or a related field, reflecting a commitment to excellence and a solid understanding of Marketing.
  • A minimum of 1-2 of experience in a Luxury Marketing Role, showcasing a proven track record of success in the profession.
  • Basic knowledge of Marketing principles and concepts.
  • Experience in Luxury, Lifestyle, International Travel, or Hospitality is Preferred.
  • Computer literacy, with a mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and all Social Media Platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian (is Mandatory)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  • A Proactive Nature with a meticulous Eye for Detail, complemented by the ability to Multitask effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  • Find creative solutions and take ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey at FIVE.

Key Responsibilities


  • Fosters a bold and disruptive Approach to Marketing, solidifying FIVE’s reputation as Award-Winning, 360-Degree Immersive Entertainment Destinations that goes beyond the ordinary, providing Unforgettable Experiences for our Guests.
  • Proactively brainstorms, contributes and presents creative ideas for Marketing Campaigns to draw more attention to the industry-leading 'Vibe at FIVE.’
  • Demonstrates Sensational Teamwork by working closely with ‘FIVERs’ in other Departments to develop First-in-Class Integrated Marketing campaigns by Coordinating Promotional Activities, Events and Photo shoots.
  • Collaborates with Graphic Designers to design campaign collateral and ensures it has a ‘FIVE-Styled’ Flair, consistent with FIVE’s unique brand.
  • Produces and Proofreads Insta-Worthy copy that communicates the famed ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  • Supports on photo shoots and Attends Events and Activations to capture video content for Social Media Stories.
  • Manages and follows a regular Posting Schedule, ensuring Top-Notch Consistency with sharing content.
  • Monitors and Actively Engages with FIVE’s Online Community, responding to Comments, Questions, and Reviews, Elevating FIVE's Community Management to New Heights.
  • Skillfully enhances FIVE’s online Reputation by Monitoring Online Reviews, Responding to Feedback, and Addressing Guest concerns in a ‘FIVE-Star’ Fashion.
  • Assists with Addressing Guest Issues from all Social Media platforms and coordinates with the relevant Department to Deliver Exceptional Customer Service.
  • Continuously stays updated with Industry Trends, Best Practices, and Emerging Technologies in copywriting and digital marketing.
  • Monitors Competitor Activity to ensure FIVE’s boundary-breaking Marketing Strategies are always ahead of the curve.
  • Coordinates and executes all Marketing activities with Remarkable Finesse.
  • Supports with the Social Media Strategy across various platforms, as well as manages the creation and publishing of this content.
  • Exquisitely Prepares and Distributes reports that consistently Set the Gold Standard in Marketing.
  • Quickly and enthusiastically supports the Head of the Department with various administrative duties.
