Job Description

  • Ensure management of the MEP design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in all restaurant branches
  • Manage the MEP design including all inputs, coordination and deliverables to achieve the time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Arrange full construction (MEP Installation & planning) support during the design phase to maximize constructability
  • Oversee the project team’s work to ensure that they meet deadlines and milestones
  • Communicating with stakeholders about project status, risks, and challenges
  • Managing conflict among team members to ensure that all parties are on the same
