Medical Representative - Pharma Division

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare specialists in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably with pediatricians or dentists, and possess a valid UAE driving license with their own car.

Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare specialists, focusing on pediatricians and dentists.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product awareness and sales.
3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare specialists.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
5. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals.
7. Utilize office suite tools for administrative tasks and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
8. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales performance (experience with CRM is a plus).
9. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
11. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote products.
12. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the UAE.
2. Experience working with pediatricians or dentists is preferred.
3. Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
5. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
10. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
