MEP BIM MODELER

Purpose of the Role:

• Develop and maintain accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components to ensure coordination among project stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Create detailed BIM models for MEP elements using software like Revit, AutoCAD MEP, etc.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP models into project designs.
• Generate accurate construction documentation derived from MEP BIM models.
• Ensure MEP BIM models meet industry standards and project requirements.
• Manage revisions to reflect MEP design changes and as-built conditions.
• Provide guidance on MEP BIM processes and tools to project team members.
• Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.
