• Develop detailed MEP layouts, diagrams, and schematics based on project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
• Create 2D and 3D models of MEP systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design concepts.
• Review and modify designs to meet project requirements, address technical issues, and optimize systems for efficiency.
• Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and assist in material selection and procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all drawings and revisions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and advancements in MEP design technology.

• A degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) with a strong emphasis on MEP design.
• Previous experience in MEP design and drafting, preferably in consulting or related fields.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to MEP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
