Modern Workplace Engineer

Requirements

• A minimum of two years' experience in a comparable role within a sizable organization.

• Possession of a Microsoft certification in Microsoft365 (MS-100/MS-101).

• Proficiency in the deployment and management of M365 services and devices.

• Familiarity with M365's security and compliance capabilities and guidelines.

• Prior involvement with DLP and IAM initiatives would be beneficial.

• Exceptional communication abilities and robust public relations skills.

• A strong commitment to work ethics and meticulous attention to detail.

We are looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer to join our IT team and help us optimize and secure our Microsoft 365 platform. Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft Intune across GAC's global network, encompassing over 5000 endpoints in more than 50 countries.
• Oversee and enhance security and compliance policies to ensure the Microsoft 365 Security Score remains above industry benchmarks.
• Contribute to the Identity and Access Management solution initiative at the corporate level.
• Participate in the Data Loss Prevention and Data Classification project at the corporate level.
• Offer guidance and training to local IT staff to boost the Microsoft 365 adoption rate.
• Keep abreast of the latest Microsoft 365 trends and updates.
• Negotiate and communicate effectively with local IT managers, ensuring alignment with the overarching Microsoft 365 strategy.
• Support fellow IT Infrastructure team members on relevant projects as needed.
